Question:
Have an Amera Tech Boat Trailer. Does the Kodiak 225 the same as 204 Break Pads.

Expert Reply:
According to Kodiak the 225 and 204 calipers and pads are not interchangeable. As they have discontinued the 204 calipers you will want to upgrade to the 225 Caliper # KDBC225DAC. This particular caliper is Dacromet coated for corrosion resistance. We also have a Stainless # KDBC225S if you will be using around salt water.
These will use either the Kodiak Ceramic Brake Pads # K225CP and we also have them in Stainless # K225CPSS for better corrosion resistance as well to match with the stainless calipers.
