I have the Firestone 21-3582-9490 Rev A.1 Air Command wireless controller. Is the Firestone RideRite Air Command F3 REV A0 21-3582-9490 a good replacement for the one I have?

That is correct the Air Command F3 Compressor System w/ Wireless Remote and Light Duty Compressor F2581 that you mentioned is a great replacement for your Firestone 21-3582-9490 Rev A.1 Air Command, however this system has been discontinued.
Instead, I recommend checking out the:
-Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System for Air Helper Springs # AL74000 instead.
Similar to F2581, this is a wireless system that is Bluetooth capable, has built-in pressure gauges that allow you to monitor each spring, and includes all the mounting hardware and wiring harness.
