Question:

My Rv dealer added a 2” sleeve inside the 2.5” sleeve that was slipped inside the OEM 3” receiver my 2022 F350 Super Dutycsme with off the assembly line Is that even safe? Where can I find a compatible 2” sleeve to go with my 3” receiver and ditch the 2.5” sleeve that Ford provided?

It's definitely okay to use 2 sleeves to reduce your 3" receiver down to a 2" receiver. We actually have our Reducer Sleeve Kit # e33YR which this setup.

If you'd feel safer with 1 solid piece then it sounds like you're wanting the Buyers Products 3" to 2" Receiver Tube Adapter # 337RTA302 which does give you a little bit of extension but also means you aren't using 2 pieces just to get down to the desired receiver size.
