Small Vented Battery Box Recommendation For Trojan 6V Batteries

Question:

Hi, currently have 2 group 27 batteries in cameo box with outside vent port. Inconvenient to maintain batteries cause connections made thru the lid. And group 27 capacity not the best. Would like to upgrade to 2 trojan 6V, but not sure how to vent outside with your box. The batteries are installed in the front compartment of a cougar fifth wheel.

I recommend using the Tow-Rax Battery Box # 329-HM426 for your upgraded 6V Trojan batteries. This box has internal dimensions of 11-25/32" long, 8-27/64" wide, and 10-15/16" tall which should be more than enough space to fit one battery. You will have to use two boxes if you are using two batteries.
