I have a 2022 ram with a 45foot trailer. Have trouble programming the factory tpms on my trailer. Will this help. how in the install done?

I have a solution for you, however the Signal Booster / Repeater for TST TPMS # TST-507-R that you mention is not going to be compatible with your factory TPMS system.
If you're referring to the factory RAM system, then you're going to need to go through a dealer for a replacement.
If in fact you do have one of the TST systems installed, then you will just need to verify that it is going to be compatible with # TST-507-R, and you'll be good to go.
The # TST-507-R is compatible with the # TST-507-RV-4-C, # TST-507-RV-6-C, # TST-507-FT-4-C, and # TST-507-FT-6-C.
