I will be happy to confirm for you and offer a suitable replacement. The Demco Recon Gooseneck-to-5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter item # DM8550045 is not compatible with the Trailair Rota-Flex 5th Wheel Pin Box item # LC328330. The Lippert Rota-Flex states Do not use the Trailair Rota-Flex pin box with any type of gooseneck adapter.

Instead you will want to use the MORryde Cushioned 5th Wheel Pin Box item # MR84VR. This is a comparable product that also fits the 1621HD pinbox. It has an internal rubber spring which absorbs vibration and shock to give you a much more comfortable towing experience. The only limitation the Moryde has is that it can't be used with gooseneck adaptors with an offset. So it will be compatible with the Demco Recon Gooseneck-to-5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter item # DM8550045.

The MORryde Cushioned 5th Wheel Pin Box has an 18,000 lbs capacity and the Demco Recon has a 21,000 lbs capacity so you will want to go off of the pin box's rating as it is the lowest component.

The MORryde Cushioned 5th Wheel Pin Box item # MR84VR is only designed to replace the Lippert 1621HD 5th-wheel pin box. It will not work on your 5th wheel trailer if you do not have this pin box.
