Question:
Locks are not working as the cylinders are probably rusted. I tried penetrating oil and the keys will not turn at all. Do you have 2 replacement locks for N105 for the box? If so, how much and how do the existing locks come out?

For replacement Thule lock cylinders N105 you can order 2 of # THLOCKN105. In order to remove the old locks you will also need the universal change key, # 853-1251.
To remove the old locks they must first be unlocked. If they are not currently unlocked and are froze up from corrosion then you would need to have a locksmith check to see if they can unlock it. With the locks unlocked insert the change key. The change key will pull in all of the teeth holding the lock in place. Then you can pull both the change key and lock out at the same time.
Before inserting the new locks make sure you clean out the cavity the locks fit in. It would also be a good idea to make sure everything is properly lubricated. To install a new lock put the change key in the lock, push both into the cavity for the lock, then hold the lock face in place with your finger while pulling out the change key. Check the operation of the lock and you will be done! I have linked a video on # TH450200 that also shows the process.
