You can use any brake controller you want on your 2021 Coachmen Leprechaun. The Curt Echo # C51180 you were looking at is a great option and won't require any additional installation. This plugs in-line with your 7-way and is controlled via Bluetooth through the app on your phone. The app controls the braking power and also acts as the manual override.
If you would prefer to install a brake controller in the cab of your motorhome that is also an option. For that I recommend the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty # RED24FR. The main unit of this brake controller mounts out of sight with only the control knob visible in the cab. The knob controls the braking power and acts as the manual override.
More than likely you have a factory port for a brake controller since you already have a 7-way. This would be located beneath or behind the dash. More than likely it is behind a panel up top. See the image below showing this location. If you have the factory port you can use the Redarc Tow-Pro Wiring Adapter # 331-TPH-017 along with the # 3034-P for a plug and play installation. If not, you will need to use the # RED69FR for a hardwire installation.
