Can I use this to plug into the 10-50P plug where a house stove is now plug, and get 120/30 amp at the TT-30 end to plug my RV into? The RV has a TT-30 and 30 amp breaker to protect the RV.

The Camco RV Power Defender Circuit Analyzer Dogbone - 125V - 30 Amp # CAM55312 isn't a 50 amp to 30 amp adapter so you would actually need an adapter like the Mighty Cord RV Power Cord Adapter - 30 Amp Female to 50 Amp Male # A10-5030FBK to be able to draw 50 amps and adjust it to 30 amps for your trailer.
