The BullRing Retractable Tie-Down Anchors for Truck Bed Inner Stake Pockets - Flush - 1,000 lbs - Qty 4, part # BU23FR will fit the inner stake pockets of your 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 2500, not the stake pockets on the bed rails.
If you are looking for tie down anchors for the top of the bed rails, we do currently have a universal option available. The Erickson Retractable Tie-Down Anchors # EM01003 have a 1,000 pound capacity and are a quick and easy install.
