I have the demco rails from my 2006 tundra can I use them with kit DM8552020 in my new 2016 tundra with a 6.5 box

You can use the Demco 5th wheel rails from your 2006 Tundra In your 2016 Tundra with a 6.5 foot bed using the Demco Hijacker Premier Series Semi-Custom Mounting Brackets for 5th Wheel Above-Bed Base Rails # DM8552020. I also recommend you get new hardware for your rails and I recommend the Replacement Hardware Kit for Reese 5th Wheel Base Rails - 10 Bolt # RP58504.
