Since your 2022 Flagstaff EPRO E19FDS is prewired for a backup camera I recommend going with the Furrion Vision S wireless camera system. This is available with 2 different monitor sizes; 4.3"or 5", and even though you're looking for a smaller screen I recommend sticking with the 5" because it has the ability to add more cameras if that's something you'll be interested in down the road. The 4.3" is only compatible with 1 camera. Here are the options you can choose from: 4.3" Monitor - # FOS43TASF or the 5" Monitor - # FOS05TASF.
The monitor will power up via the 12V accessory (cigarette style) outlet in your 2021 Jeep Gladiator and then the camera itself matches up with the mounting bracket and wiring on your Flagstaff.
Attached is a review video for you to check out.
