I have a 20 Electric tilt trailer built by HP trailers with the Dexter ez lube 5200# axles and need assistance in getting the correct replacement wheel bearing for it. How do I identify which wheel bearings would be the correct replacements?

A Dexter 5,200 lb trailer axle would have an inner bearing of # 25580 and an outer bearing of # LM67048.
