I need a Lippert 3.0 replacement stabilizer jack . I have broken of my jacks broken . It’s on a Jayco Nothpoint 383 fifth wheel trailer .

There have been 2 different heights of smaller legs that come with the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 # LC675817 over the years so you'll need to measure and see if you have the 22-1/2" or the 24-1/2" rear legs in order to choose the correct replacement - this is the overall height in the retracted position.
Once you know which height you need you'll just choose from the following:
22-1/2"
Left - # LC342610
Right - # LC428493
24-1/2"
Left - # LC305339
Right - # LC344792
