My sink measures 15 1/4x12 outside flange to outside flange. Is that the dimension used for replacement sink? Current model is DEHCO 401

Thank you for the pictures of your old DEHCO RV sink. Since you have a 15-1/4" x 12" existing sink, you will be able to use the Better Bath Single Bowl RV Bathroom Sink # LC344156 as a replacement. This sink's outer dimensions are 15-3/8" Long x 12-7/8" Wide and will fit in your existing counter hole. This sink includes brackets, hardware, and pre-installed mounting studs.

The label you reference on the Better Bath Single Bowl RV Bathroom Sink #LC344156 is on the front of the sink, however it is just a sticker and can be easily removed if you do not wish to have that on the sink.
