Hello- My Nash 23Ds step handle broke. The original equipment was an ITC Stow and Go handle 86472-2. I was hoping to replace it with your Lend-a-hand folding handle. Do you know if the screw holes would line up? Thank you!

The Camco Fold-Away RV Grab Handle # CAM42176 is going to be the closest to your ITC Stow and Go handle 86472-2. The Camco is 26-3/4" from the top of the upper mounting bracket to the bottom of the lower bracket against the wall. The ITC is 27-1/4" from the top of its upper mounting bracket to the bottom of the lower mounting bracket.
The Lend-a-Hand Folding Grab Handle # AM-300 that you found is only 24" tall overall so one set of mounting holes would need to be patched.
