Question:
I have a Hullavator, and Yakima round rods and a new CRV 2022 with factory Honda roof rack and cross-members. How can I connect the Yakima round rods to the cross-members of the Honda rack, and then attach the Hullavator to the Yakima round rods? Thanks.

From the looks of your included picture, it looks like you have flush factory rails and Yakima Round crossbars for your 2022 Honda CR-V.
In order to use your Yakima RoundBars, you need to first remove the factory crossbars you currently have installed on your CR-V. Then, once those are removed, you can access the fixed mounting points on your vehicle. Additionally, you will need these parts to install the bars if you do not have them already:
- SkyLine Towers # Y53TR
- Landing Pad 19 # Y00245
- RoundBar SL Adapters # Y03536
- (Optional for theft-deterrence of crossbars) Same-Key Lock Cores # Y07204
With these components, you will be able to utilize your Yakima RoundBars onto your roof. It is important to note, however, that you need to make sure that you have enough crossbar length past the feet of the SkyLine towers in order to have the required 4" of additional length past the feet of the towers for the Thule Hullavator # TH898. In order to do this, you simply need to measure the left fixed mounting point bolt to the right fixed mounting point bolt to make sure the bars provide enough overhang. Then, you factor in the total length of your Yakima bars. As long as there is 4" of available space past the fixed mounting points on both sides, you are good to go! I went ahead and attached a diagram that will assist you in determining this fitment.
