Hi how are you ? My problem is f150 2019 tow light left turn signal not working Which number of fuse I need to replace please… Thanks so much

I took a look at the fuse diagram for your 2019 Ford F-150, and you'll want to look under your hood for the 20A fuse, number 103.
I have attached a diagram of your fuse box, with the fuse in question highlighted with pointing arrows.
I also recommend checking out the:

This is a very handy tool that will just plug into your 7-way and quickly check the functionality of your trailer wiring. So if in the future you're having some issues, you can easily plug it into your trailer connector and it'll let you know what's going on.
