The membrane of the control panel for your Lippert Smart Jack Electric Trailer Jack w/ Footplate # LC643589 is not replaceable but you can use a cover like the Ultra-Fab Protective Cover for Electric A-Frame Jacks # UF38-944020 to prevent further damage to it.

We have a Lippert Smart jack in our Vehicle Consultation Center (VCC) so I pulled the # UF38-944020 from the warehouse to test the fitment and was able to easily slip the cover over the head of the jack. The cover is shaped more rectangular so you would need to slip it on with the seam running from the front to the back of the jack for it to fit easily.
