As listed these are for a crew cab dually but when I go to the specs it says non dually. Which is correct?

The Brophy Clamp On Camper Tie-Downs # HSAB are a universal fit camper tie-down. They can work with DRW trucks, which is why it showed up in the fitguide as an option for your 2018 Chevy Silverado 3500, but you will want to take some measurements first.
Since these hang over the side of the bedrails and angle down there is a chance that the wheel well of a dually will interfere. I've included a dimensional drawing to help you determine if these will fit.
If not, then I recommend going with a frame mounted option like the TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs - Front # TLC2219 and TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs - Rear # TLC3217. You'll also need some turnbuckles to go with these tie-downs so I recommend the TorkLift AnchorGuard Derringer Turnbuckles for Truck Camper Tie-Downs # TLS9020.
