Question:

My 2019 f350sd 4x4 platinum measures 7 3/4”. I understand there needs to be at least 1” to 1 1/2” clearance. So what is the proper fit for my truck? Thanks

The correct Timbren Suspension Enhancement System for your 2019 Ford F-350 Super Duty is the # TFR350SDJ. The # TFR250SDJ only fits the F-250. Unless you have altered your suspension this should fit as intended by the manufacturer.

Ideally you want 1/2" to 1" of clearance, but it will still work with 1/4" assuming you only have 7-3/4" of space. This would simply mean that the Timbren system would engage sooner since there would be less distance before contact.

If you would like an alternative option, I recommend the RoadActive Suspension Kit # RAS3611-S. You don't have to worry about any clearance issues for installation since this installs on your leaf springs. They will actively strengthen the springs for improved ride quality.

These will also help keep you level while towing or hauling just like the Timbren. The RAS kit will extend the life of your leaf springs, shocks and tires. The biggest advantage to this system of the Timbren is the unloaded ride quality. You will likely have a harsher ride after installing the Timbren. You probably won't notice a difference with the RAS kit, and if you did it would be minimal.
