Is Roadmaster Base Plate Kit Available without Removable Arms

Question:
Can I order without the Driver and Passenger side arms? I have those from a previous Roadmaster base plate kit installed on a 2016 Ford Focus. Thanks!

The Roadmaster base plate kits like the part # RM-524431-5 are not available without the removable arms. Worth nothing is that rarely will the removable arms fit a different base plate kit since the two are made together and the tolerances are so tight.
