Question:
I either need to replace the entire axle, or I need a new weld on spindle, brake assembly, and hub/bearing assembly for this axle. See attached. I placed an order for the brakes and hub based on entering my trailer in your system and everything that came was way too big. It was all for 5200 lb axles.

What you have is an 85" long axle with a 4,400 lb capacity. Since 4,400 lb axles are no longer being produced, you will need an axle with a higher capacity for a replacement. There are also no 4,400 lb spindles available. For a replacement I recommend the Trailer Axle Beam with Easy Grease Spindles - 86-1/2" Long - 5,200 lbs # e45GR.
This axle is 86-1/2" long so it will stick out an additional 3/4" on each side but that won't be a problem. The spring seat measurement is also different. This means you will need to cut off the spring seats and weld on # TRSS300 to match your current 68-1/2" measurement. Since this is a 5,200 lb axle it will work with the hub and drum assembly along with the brakes that you already ordered. Keep in mind, this will not increase the capacity of your trailer.
