Correct Replacements for Timken 031-031-02 and 031-030-02 Trailer Bearings

I have a DRV Mobile Suites with the MorRyde Independent Suspension with 9k axles. MorRyde gave me a manufacturer and part number they use and that is SCOT 27438 for the seal. I assume that is Scotseal by SKF. I would also like to know what bearings would correspond to or replace Timken 031-031-02 for the inner and 031-030-02 for the outer bearings.
