I need to replace my Dometic 59516.341G9...Im not sure what is compatible ...basically looking for replace/plug and play ... Can you help me?

For your Dometic 59516.341G9, you can use the:

-Advent Air Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Dometic Setup w/ Start Capacitor # ACDOM150 for white,

Or,

-The Advent Air Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Dometic Setup w/ Start Capacitor # ACDOM150B for black.

Either of these units will be a direct replacement for you, and will also plug directly into your Dometic setup to work with your existing air distribution box and thermostat.

Additionally, these units are compatible with ducted/ductless systems, has a cooling capacity of 15,000 Btu per hour, and features an easy bolt-on installation.

need a direct replacement for a Dometic 59516.341 I THINK the ACDOM150 will work ..... I just replaced mine (59516.601) with this unit but I had to order it because you were OUT at the time..... not one of my neighbors just had his unit go out today and I found the number on it.... I have the serial number as will IF you need it but I suspect it does not matter SN83402822 It a wonderful QUIET AC unit !!! Thanks RL

@RobertL You're correct Rob the Advent Air Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Dometic Setup # ACDOM150 is what you'll need and is a direct replacement. As far as noise go the new unit will be comparable, so it shouldn't be too much louder if at all.
