If you're not getting a picture with your VueSMART RV and Trailer Backup Camera # HM34FR then you most likely aren't receiving 12v at the camera. First check to ensure that your running lights are on in your tow vehicle so that the camera has power running to it. From there you can use a digital multimeter # PT89ZR to test the voltage at the camera.

If the power is fine then you may just need to resync the camera to your phone. Try clearing it from your phone and reconnecting.
