Is There a Replacement Jack Screw for Pro Series 12K Jack Leg

Question:
My Pro Series screw looks different than your kit. Pro series has four nuts instead of two pins. Screw stripped after one year with low use. Do you have a replacement?

I do have an option for you but we don't offer a replacement jack screw for the Pro Series 12K Square Jacks. Therefore, if yours is faulty then the jack will need to be replaced. For this, we offer the Pro Series Square Jack part # PS1400960376 for with return spring or part # PS1400990376 for without.
