Will either wall control panels work with the Maxxfan Deluxe 5100K. Mine doesnt have the power opening but it does have all of the other features supported by the control panel.

I have a solution for you but we do not have a wall control panel that will work with the Maxxfan Deluxe 5100K. You'll want to use the Replacement Handheld Remote for Maxxair Roof Vent Intake/Exhaust Fans - Qty 1 # MA00A01150K, which is compatible with the 5100K model and will operate the lid as well as the fan settings.
