5th wheel hitch recommended for a 2021 Nissan Titan Pro 4x

For the 2021 Nissan Titan PRO-4X, I prefer the Demco Hijacker Autoslide that has a built-in roller-and-guide assembly that allows for automatic movement. When your truck makes a sharp, slow-speed turn, the gears inside the Autoslide force the hitch head to slide down toward your truck's tailgate in a smooth, controlled motion.
- 5-1/2' Bed, 13K rated # DM8550040 (Provides 22-1/2" of additional clearance for tight turns.)
- 6-1/2' Bed, 21K rated # DM8550035 (Provides 14" of additional clearance for tight turns.)
- Above-Bed Base Rails # DM8552033-71 is used to install either option.
For a quality manual slide hitch option at a lower price point, I suggest the Curt A20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ R20 Slider, # C16541 installed using the Fifth Wheel Installation Kit, # C16470-204.
If you have a 5th wheel trailer with a rotating turret, please let us know as you will need a fixed position hitch.
