I have a straight spine that measures .9995 in diameter and need 2 hubs that will fit my boat trailer axle.

For a hub with bearings that fit a spindle with the dimensions you mentioned we have the Dexter Trailer Idler Hub # 8-259-50. This does not come with a seal or bearings. You'd need # L44649 for bearings and # 10-9 for seals.
