I believe the jack is a 2018 since the trailer it came on is a 2018. The retract/extend toggle switch has failed. It will extend but will not retract. Is there a replacement switch I can get to replace the failed one? How do I take the cover off to get to the switch? Thanks.

Yes, you'll want the RV Landing Gear Switch # 37213635 to replace the damaged switch on your Lippert Electric Trailer Jack # LC285318.
The cover has four screws, two on the front and two on the back, that hold the top of motor housing to the bottom.
