I do have some options for you.
We do have an axle rated at 2,200 lbs with a hub face to hub face measurement of 72" and a spring center to spring center measurement of 58". It is the Dexter Trailer Idler Axle Beam with EZ-Lube Spindles - 72" Long - 2,200 lbs, part # T20BTR-EZ-7258. This is the closest axle we have to the measurements you need. Unfortunately, I do not have a 3,500 lbs axle with these dimensions.
A better choice would be to go with a Timbren axle-less system. The Timbren Heavy-Duty Axle-Less Trailer Suspension - Straight Spindle - Off-Road Tires - 3,500 lbs, part # ASR35HDS01. This Timbren axle is rated for 3,500 lbs. It is a straight spindle with a progressive suspension. It will provide you with a smoother ride than a leaf-spring setup.
I have included product description links and video review links below.
