Do the Diodes and Ring Light Up Separately on the Optronics GloLight LED Backup Light

Question:
Will the ring and diodes light up separately? Do you have the BUL111CFPG available? It should be the surface mount version of the BUL111.

The diodes are actually the only things that light up on the GloLight LED Backup Light # BUL111CB. So when they light up the ring technically lights up (see attached photo).
We do have the surface mount version as part # BUL111CFPG!
