Question:

Air bag is filled to the line or arrow tip.always feel light chucking on very rough roads, due to bad road repairs. The air pin box gives smother ride even if todays roads are terrible. Were not supposed to have speed bumps in the middle of the hiway . Any ideas to stop that chucking?

Since you've already upgraded your pin box to help deal with the chucking the next step would be to upgrade the suspension on the trailer to help combat the road shock you've been experiencing. For this I recommend the Roadmaster Comfort Ride Shock Absorbers for Tandem Axle Trailers - 5,200-lb to 7,000-lb Axle # RM-2460.

This system has heavy-duty shocks that reduce trailer bounce, chucking, and porpoising. It's a bolt-on installation so you don't have to worry about welding on any components.
