Does the Rear Fascia of a 2013 Infiniti JX35 Need to be Trimmed to Install a Curt Hitch # C13126

Question:
does your infiniti jx35 hitch require the bumper to be cut/modified? all the photos show the pathfinder and not the infiniti. i do know the stock infiniti hitch requires bumper modification, does your hitch sit below the bumper? thanks

Yes, you will need to modify the rear bumper of your 2013 Infiniti JX35 to install the Curt Trailer Hitch # C13126. If you check out the installation instructions that I attached for this hitch you will see that the vehicle they use in the instructions is a JX35 like yours and will require the bumper to be modified.
The hitch opening will hang right below the bumper, but the majority of the hitch will be out of plain sight.
