According to my available specs on your 2003 Mako 27FRBW fifth wheel, it measures 28 feet long. With this length, there are two different covers that I recommend for your trailer depending on your desired tightness and climate.
If you want a tighter fit that is ideal for short-term storage in moderate climates, I recommend the Adco SFS AquaShed RV Cover for 5th Wheel Camper - Up to 28' Long # 290-52253. Since this fits trailers up to 28' long, it will be more snug to your trailer. If, however, you want an all-climate cover that is best for long storage and has a looser fit, that is the Adco Olefin HD All-Climate + Wind RV Cover for 5th Wheel Toy Hauler - Up to 31' Long # AD99ZR. Both of these covers measure 126" inches tall. Since my specs indicate that your trailer measures 96" tall, these covers provide you with the height protection you need as well.
For me personally, I would go with the # AD99ZR because it offers better overall protection and gives you the peace of mind of having more slack in the fitment.
