I have an old Suburban 6 gallon water heater in my 2014 Leisure Travel Van. Will this Furrion tankless fit? I measured the Suburban and it’s close. Your thoughts?

The Furrion RV Tankless Water Heater part # FR93FR would work great in place of a Suburban water heater. The dimensions don't have to be an exact match at all so this will fit in the same area and work better than what you have now.
For a door kit we have a few options as well. We have the part # FR43FR which is 16 by 16 inch, part # FR73FR which is 18 by 18 inch, and # FR63FR which is 18 by 16 inch. You'd need to match the door size to what would work best on your RV.
