Question:

I have a 3500# single axle boat trailer, needing to update spindles and hubs to larger size, with tires and wheels, hub face is 87 with weld on spindles, looking at your #42EZ spindle and hub , will these work for me

When upgrading your axle on your single axle boat trailer, I recommend The Dexter Trailer Axle w/ Electric Brakes - E-Z Lube - 6 on 5-1/2 Bolt Pattern - 86-1/2 inch - 6K # 8327826-EB. It is not recommended to put a higher capacity spindle on a lighter rated axle.

The Dexter axle # 8327826-EB comes with everything you need including the brakes, the hubs and drums, and all the bearings and races. The axle has an underslung design and was made in the USA. You may also need to relocate the springs to get it to work properly. The Spring Seat for Typical 5,200-lb to 7,200-lb, Round Trailer Axles with 3 inch Diameter # TRSS300 will work.
