Yes! I confirmed with Yakima that the FullBack 2 # Y02634 fits your 2022 Mercedes GLC 300 SUV. According to the installation instructions, the fit dial setting you need for your vehicle is setting 2. Also, it is important to note that the top and bottom hooks need to be in "anchor mode" when installing. I went ahead and attached a video that shows how to put the hooks in anchor mode at time stamp 3:25. Even though the video shows a Fullback 3 # Y02633, it is the same process for your Fullback 2.
If you happen to have women's bikes, children's bikes, or bikes with step-thru frames, you need a bike frame adapter bar # 64005. The adapter provides those bike styles with a straight, horizontal plane that is required to attach to the arms of the FullBack.
