LC643923 IN THE IMAGES 1 AND 4 HAVE DIFFERENT SIDE HOLES. WHICH ONE IS THE CORRECT OPENING

I took a look at the Replacement Cover for Solera Awnings # LC643923 that you're referring to, and I see the confusion!
However, # LC643923 only has one hole as shown in the images I've attached, the squarer sized hole you're seeing in picture 4 is the other side of the cover. If you zoom in, in the 4th picture you'll be able to see this.
