I am sure these would have been fine if I had received them. What you sent was some 6x32 screws which I can buy anywhere for 5 cents each. These have "roller threads" allowing them to be used in plastic. All the CS people wanted was a photo to prove I did not receive the correct part. Could not up load photo to my email and then could not give me a place to send a photo of the two screws. So ordered some from [online vendor] for 10 buck and got 100 of them. Not 12 bucks each. Poor QC/QA -- no training on thinking out of the box thinking. Solve the customer's issue not put roadblocks in the way. Very disappointed.

Why are yall selling one screw for almost $x. In the description I thought I read 6 x. Meaning buying 6 screws for $x. Because it takes 6 screws. To put the two covers together. All other items are good.

Screws did not fit but were listed next to cover as though they would fit. When I called customer service she stated there are no screws available that fit such cap.

I reached out to Lippert and as long as you are using this screw to connect the front cover part # LC643923 to the back cover part # LC643921 then it is the correct one. I will have our Customer Service team reach out to you.

I purchased a 22 Thor Freedom elite class c rv. Was missing the front awning motor cover. I found what I needed at e trailer and was shipped to my house in 2 days!

I am satisfied with the cover that was sent. I am appalled that the cost of a single screw was $10.74. That way out line for a screw that should cost 50 cents. Disappointed in etrailer.

ONE screw for $x? I thought I was ordering 6 screws (still a silly cost of $1xper screw) The installation requires 6 screws, I see now that the screw size is #6. I miss read the product......but again, $x and I get ONE screw. Not happy.

That being said, the rear cover is perfect, I just wish I didn't get screwed with the screw order!

Item # LC266156 is not a kit of 6. It supplies just 1 replacement screw for your Lippert Solera manual awning head. 6 Screws are required if you are missing all of the hardware. The screw size is a #6 x .5 inch.

Hey Jim! The Replacement Back Cover for Solera Power Awnings - Drive Head or Idler Head - Regal Style - Black # LC643921 is a pretty simple installation that just requires you to remove the mounting screws, remove the cover, and then reverse the order for the new cover. This does install with 6 of the Head Cover Fastener # LC266156 so if your mounting hardware needs to be replaced then you'll want to pick these up as well.
