I have a 4x4 F150 Sport 2.7 V6 turbo with a tow package, towing 24 ft TT, tongue weight 600 lbs, Max trailer weight 5500 lbs. Can this update eliminate the need for a WDH? It is very marginal now with standard configuration. Will this help stabilize some of the rear bounce from rough roads, especially concrete expansion joints?!

The RoadActive Suspension Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit # RAS3611-Y is more for supporting your suspension and stiffening it up to handle the extra weight when loading the bed or bumper-pulling.
Depending on how your truck handles the weight of the trailer, yes, it could potentially eliminate the need for a WDH because you're strengthening the rigidity of your leaf springs. Most WDH's, like your Husky Centerline, also provide sway control so losing the WDH would mean you'd lose your sway control, which means you may have a harder time handling the trailer.
When choosing your WDH you'll want to be in the middle of the TW range for the best ride. If your bars are rated too high then you'll have a stiffer and bouncy ride. I recommend double checking the tongue weight of your trailer and the ratings for your WDH and making sure your hitch isn't overrated for your trailer.
To help absorb the bouncing and shock you can upgrade your F-150's bumpstocks with some Timbren's # TFR1504E. These hollow rubber springs sit above the rear axle to help stabilize and level your Ford F-150 while also providing a more comfortable ride by absorbing road shock and improving roll stability.
You can also improve the suspension of your trailer with some SumoSprings Trailer Helper Springs ( # TSS-106-40 for Underslung Axles) or ( # TSS-107-40 of Overslung Axles).
