Yes, so long as your 6,000 lb Dexter axle has a 5-bolt brake mounting flange (which it should), then you can use the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Assembly - 12" - Right Hand - 7,000 lbs # 23-465.
If you also need the left hand side the correct part number is the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Assembly - 12" - Left Hand - 7,000 lbs # 23-464.
