What would be the measurement for the 4in hole? Putting in a BandW gooseneck hitch.

The 4 inch hole that you'll need to drill in the bed of the 2013 Toyota Tundra will be centered from left to right and exactly 42-3/8 inches from the rear edge of the truck bed. This is the location for all bed lengths of your truck as well.
