The main difference between the # 331-TPSI-002 and # 331-TPSI-007 is the different vehicle years they fit. Both of these parts will fit a Toyota Tacoma like yours but the # 331-TPSI-007 fits a 2005-2011 Tacoma while the # 331-TPSI-002 fits a 2015 to Current Tacoma.
The correct panel for your 2021 Toyota Tacoma is the # 331-TPSI-002. This will fit your factory panels giving you a factory look when installing the # RED44FR.
