Adjusting The Plastic Spacers On A B&W Companion 5th Wheel Hitch To Sit Flat

Question:
I cant get the plastic spacer in place. It is too tight between the frame of the truck and the bed?? what should i do?

If you're talking about the plastic spacer on the feet of the B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVK3500-5W, you can unlock the hitch from the turnoverball hitch and loosen the bolts that tighten down the spacers to slide them left or right to fall into the grooves in your bed.
I've attached a video below where Joe does this and slides the spacers over to sit the hitch down flat in the bed.
