The Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 4,400-lb E-Z Lube Axles - 10" Diameter - 6 on 5-1/2, part # 8-407-5UC3-EZ, comes with everything you need for one brake assembly. You will need two if wanting to install a pair.
