Hello i have a 2019 subaru outback with the curt class 3 that is attached with the crash bar. Will i be able to use it on my 2022 outback i have coming in soon

When it comes to switching your Curt Trailer Hitch # C13206 and # C13410 on your 2019 Subaru Outback Wagon to a 2022 Subaru Outback Wagon neither hitch will work.
The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2 inch # C67JR is confirmed to fit the 2022 Subaru Outback Wagon. It has a different mounting style then the Curt hitches for the 2019 Subaru Outback Wagons. The hitch has a concealed cross tube, has a bolt-on installation with no welding required and has a gloss black powder coat finish over a protective base coat which offers a superior rust resistance.
