Yep, the Thule cargo basket will absolutely fit the aero crossbars of the Malone roof rack you asked about; the correct part numbers for both are the following:
- Thule Canyon XT Roof Cargo Basket # TH859XT
- Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack # MPG215
The only other thing I recommend considering is adding locks to the Canyon XT to lock it to your roof rack and help secure your investment. To do that you'd need the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders # TH450400.
