We would like to add a receiver to the back of our fifth wheel to accommodate a bike rake holding two ebikes estimated total weight of 250 - 300 lbs. Since the bumper is hollow, we want to make sure our bumper, hitch and bikes dont end up on the highway! Could you recommend an option? Manufacturer: 2017 Winnebago Voyage Lite 28SGS Fifth Wheel.

For that much weight I would recommend you go with a frame mounted hitch like the Curt Multi Fit hitch part # 13703 which can basically fit all frame styles that are between 22 and 72 inches apart. This would work great with an RV approved e-bike rack like the Hollywood Racks RV Rider part # HLY64FR.
